International Chili Society Traditional Red Chili (ICS Red)
ICS Red is defined by the International Chili Society as any kind of meat or combination of meats, cooked with red chili peppers/powders, various spices, and other ingredients. Any non-meat fillers are not allowed, including beans. Preference is not given to either cut meat or ground meat.

International Chili Society Homestyle Chili (ICS Homestyle)
ICS Homestyle is defined by the International Chili Society as any kind of meat or combination of meats and/or vegetables, cooked with beans, chili peppers/powders, various spices, and other ingredients. Beans are required. Preference is not given to either cut meat or ground meat, Seafood is considered meat. Homestyle chili may be any color, including red, green, white and yellow.

- 3rd Place: $100 + Trophy
International Chili Society Chili Verde (ICS Green)
ICS Green is defined by the International Chili Society as any kind of meat or combination of meats, cooked with green chili peppers, various spices, and other ingredients. Beans and pasta are not allowed. Preference is not given to either cut meat or ground meat.
